Inventory Associates

Entry Level Position, Hourly Wage

One of the most important elements of our business relies on our entry-level inventory associates. Paid hourly, you will be trained on our inventory procedures including the use of our Data Computer 2.0. Inventory Associates travel to our customer's locations each day to perform inventory and other retail tasks, and the position can often involve early mornings and some weekend work. However, Many of our employees enjoy the flexibility of work hours as well as the team interaction that can be found in our inventory crews.

Inventory Supervisors

We are looking for Inventory Supervisors with retail, supervisory, inventory and warehouse experience. Our business is growing and we need several new supervisors to service our customer accounts. We have jobs across the state as well as Alaska, and Nevada. This position is hourly with raises based on performance and completion of a formal training curriculum. You will be trained on our inventory procedures and your leadership skills will be utilized to lead a team of inventory operators. Inventory Supervisors travel to our customer's locations each day with a team of associates to perform inventory audits, and the position can often involve early mornings and some weekend work. IT Assistant

This position requires a technical self -starter, working directly for the I.T.manager. This position is located at our main Northern California Technical Support Center. This position will begin as a day shift role. This person must be able to work swing shift if needed. Must be able to get to and from work. Daily duties include being part of a small team that is responsible for all aspects of the technology required to keep the company running at peak efficiency, This includes but is not limited to telephony, desktop computers, laptop computers, as well as proprietary technology. As a small company it is also expected that every employee be available to perform other duties that may or may not fall directly within their area of direct responsibility. Training will be provided!

  • DAILY DUTIES:
  • Point contact for technical assistance
  • Maintain technical equipment
  • Create software packages needed for day to day operations
  • Assist field personal as needed
  • Digitize store maps
  • Assist in daily pickups / drop-offs if needed
  • Assist in employee technical training when needed
  • Perform periodic backups of critical systems
  • Occasional backup for inventory staff
  • QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree in computer related field or equivalent experience
  • Two or more years of experience in a technical support role
  • At least one year or more experience with networking in a business environment
  • Ability to thrive in a high stress environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to convey highly technical concepts to non-technical personnel
